ABSTRACT:
The invention relates to new therapeutic target genes suitable for use in the treatment of prostate adenocarcinoma diseases and new compounds proven to show efficacy against these target genes. The new active compounds mentioned in this invention can be used to silence and deactivate the target genes that have been found to play an active role in the treatment of prostate adenocarcinoma and to inhibit the proteins of these genes. The invention also provides the methodological teachings for the detection of drug positioning target genes and gene products in order to ensure that the drugs suitable for use in the treatment of prostate adenocarcinoma diseases and in the prevention of the formation of such diseases show therapeutic effects by in vitro methods.
